it appears he may have an aneurysm during this next meeting

so i'm preparing for some awesome mixed metaphors.  top of the mountain level view, damn, that's a new one, i wonder how many feet in the air that mountain is.  i always presumed he was in a plane at the 30,000 or 50,000 foot view but maybe he's on a mountain.  finger in the wind sort of guess.  he uses that when he's asking specifically for a percentage.  i don't use a wet finger to do math.  i actually can't think of anything i use wet fingers for, off hand.  ooh, accidental hand pun.
